Some Background About Me
Challenging Upbringing: My mother had severe personality disorders and was unpredictable. Faced emotional coldness and severity from my father. Misunderstood due to my artistic soul and high intelligence, leading to introversion as a teenager.
Personal Struggles and Growth: Lived with Anxiety, Stress, and Depression for over 35 years. Experienced Burnout three times, each time requiring 1-2 years of recovery, but I grew personally from each experience.
Professional Journey: Worked extensively in the sign-making industry, learning various roles including production manager and marketing manager. Achieved my childhood dream in 2007 of making film props & masks but after a decade had to realize, it wasn't my life purpose.
So after 2017 I become life-optimizer trainer (life-coach), and from 2025 I begun my online Stress-releaser and Anxiety-manager online website with Master degree in Clinical Psychology.
