Clinical Psychology Background: Completed the first year of MA in Clinical Psychology at BBU Cluj.

Are there any prerequisites or prior experience needed to join the program?

It would be good to have some experiences in relaxation, but it isn't necessary to start this journey! It's only require from you Openness to the new, to experiencing the Altered States of Mind, to be Teachable, to be fully Committed and be enough Diligent, to do your Assignments and to Practice continuously. To be Persistent, and Never Give Up!

What is the duration of the Instant Stress-Releasing Training program?

After your purchase you will have access to the whole ISRT.

If you part of an affiliate-group, than you will have a weekly workshop what will assist you to finish this Training in 12 weeks, almost 3 month.

You will need at least 1 week to practice most of the techniques in each Module. If you have more time to practice, you can go in your own peace, but I suggest you to practice enough each technique, before going to the next! And this time it will differ from person to person, because nobody is the same. So if you need more time, I suggest you to recap those techniques after finishing the Training. You can join one of the 3 month Masterminds.

How is this training different from traditional stress management techniques?

The average stress-management training usual is method specific. Most of them are not holistic approaches, contain method specific techniques. Are only a few what are enough integrative to combine the eastern millennial traditions of yoga (or Buddhism) with different psychological approaches, doing even so, very few are focusing on Imagery, and working side-by-side on the past memories anger (or subconscious blocks caused by childhood events), with actual problems and future desires or fears.

How are the training modules delivered?

(e.g. video, live sessions, downloadable content)

There are 12 Modules, each with downloadable slide videos, with scripts, and separate slides in pdf, and each section videos or audios, like joga stretching with breathing techniques, relaxation techniques, theory and related techniques. Each weekly workshop will be based on the actual techniques, and will be kept and recorded on Zoom.

Is there any personal support or one-on-one coaching available during the program?

I suggest you to Go All In from beginning, but you can upgrade any time.

Can the training be adapted for groups or corporate settings?

Basically is developed for groups because of the weekly workshop. But is intended for individuals in group, not for corporate settings, because of the Hungarian tax authorities make differences between giving service to individuals (no TVA) and corporate (+27% TVA). Unfortunately I can't do both actually, so I choose the individuals.

Are there any additional resources or materials provided in the program?

Yes there is a blog, there are short related studies, videos and related book-list.
